SRI RAGHAVENDRA CONSULTANCY SERVICES (SRCS, for short) was established and registered under the Karnataka Shops and Commercial Establishments Act in the year 2014, with its corporate office at Kammanahalli, Bengaluru, SRCS has a client base of about 24 clients, out of which few clients are Builders and Property Management firms ,IT ENABLED Services ,Retails Business, Retailing Books , Gems & Jewelers, Food processing units. Our major clients includes RMZ INFOTECH PVT LTD, ASCENDAS SERVICES (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED, INTEGRATED FOOD PARK PVT LTD, FUTURE CONSUMER ENTERPRISES LTD,NAMDHARI AGRO FRESH PVT LTD,CROSSWORD BOOKSTORES LIMITED,C.KRISHNIAH CHETTY & SONS ,INTELLIFOUR SOFTWARE PVT LTD,RIK TECH INDIA PVT LTD etc.

Mr.Giriraj has Fifteen years in the field of Labour and Industrial Management, with focus of, statutory and legal compliances. Attributes: Hard working, integrity and knowledge appetite, team work and client-management focused.

I am positioned in the capacity of Proprietor of Sri RAGHAVENDRA CONSULTANCY SERVICES (SRCS), Statutory compliances and liaison officer with Government and other statutory bodies, including courts and adjudicatory machinery. I am assisted by two other field level Statutory compliance officers and back end staff at the corporate office.

I have successfully handled many projects like RMZ Corp and ITPL who have engaged more than 4,000 contract workers and many Contractors for building and other construction activity at various locations in Bangalore. I have also successfully provided all legal and statutory services to M/S Embassy Services Pvt. Ltd and have verified the statutory documents of the Principal Employer and the service providers. The back end staff of SRCS undertakes verification and scrutiny of the Registers and records pertaining to the contractors and issue the clearance certificate (Audits reports are generated), in order to enable the Principal Employer release the payments.

Further to the above activities, SRCS has capabilities to provide training and development activities to the HR/IR/FM of the clients and undertake tailor made programmes on implementation and procedures regarding various labour and other related social security laws.

SRCS can also undertake the additional requirements of statutory compliance activity and shall maintain the required documents and Registers electronically which are applicable to the respective clients.
